The Village Board along with County Legislator Bill Gaylor and Assemblyman Brian Curran were very happy to attend the Farm to Table fundraiser at Crossroads Farm at Grossmann's this past Thursday evening to present a citation to former Malverne resident, Art Landi - a successful entrepreneur and businessman.
Art was honored at the dinner for his years of hard work at Grossmann’s Farm as a young adult and is now a strong supporter and board member of the Nassau Land Trust. Art reminisced of growing up in Malverne and working on the farm where he credits George Grossmann for establishing his strong work ethic. Malverne and Crossroads Farm are very proud of Art and his great accomplishments!
It was a wonderful community event with a delicious meal made from fresh, organic produce sourced from the Farm. Thank you to all of the dedicated staff and volunteers that keep Crossroads Farm thriving. The Farm is truly the gem of our Village!
