The construction of our new police department headquarters is well under way and the General Contractor and all of the trades are making great progress in a well-coordinated effort to complete the project late Summer 2024.

• Plumbing: rough-in 100% complete

• Electrical: rough-in 100% complete

• Insulation: 100% complete

• HVAC: 99% complete

• Drywall: 100% complete

• Spackle: 95%

• Ceilings: 75% complete

• Painting: 40%

• Exterior & parking lot: 75% complete

• Tele-data wiring: 100%

• Access control: 60% - starting 3/25

• Surveillance: 60% - starting 3/25

• Utility hookups: 90% (water, sewage, electric, gas)

• Roof screening to be installed in late Spring to hide the exterior duct work

• The project is slated for substantial completion by late Summer 2024.
